I could find no published work on versioning in hypermedia systems after the Contexts work on Neptune (Delisle & Schwartz, CSCW86).
I could find only one unpublished manuscript on versioning in hypermedia systems.
There is a considerable body of work in related areas, e.g., CAD databases. But, this work has not yet been adapted to hypermedia systems.
